The Bulls now have the biggest flatscreen in the West Loop – taking over the spot previously probably occupied by a guy who won big money betting on NFL one Sunday and ordered the biggest TV Best Buy installs.
I like it. Certainly won’t have to squint to see replays of future Zach LaVine dunks.
Two preseason games in the books and I like what I see, particularly from Zach. He’s scoring at will, as usual. But more importantly, he’s making good decisions. Taking the right shots. Lauri looks strong and his stroke remains beautiful. Thad Young is every bit the veteran presence, as advertised. Kris Dunn is accepting his role and contributing. Coby White is unafraid and ready to score points. Only things missing are the banged up Chandler Hutchison and Wendell Carter Jr. Eager to get another look at Carter on the floor. Felicio has been getting his minutes and it’s…not the same. Hopes are high in this Bulls fan’s mind…want these young players to get some court time together. Wish them health!
