I had no idea there was a Global Youth Climate Strike happening today until my cousin Tom sent me a couple photos from the scene.  I’m not connected to the youth, I reckon.

Big numbers showed out it appears.  The purpose being young people begging the older folks  – who have all the power and don’t have to worry too far into the future because they won’t be around – to ensure that there is a generation beyond Z.

Tom said they marched down Columbus and on the the Federal Plaza for the final rally.

Beautiful day for protesting outdoors.

Imagine the kids are marching to ensure a future full of beautiful Chicago days.  I support that.
