Yes, Scranton Mike – it is the sandwiching hour.

Grabbed a quick lunch in Hoffman Estates at Jersey Mike’s – a dominant force in the sandwich game around these parts nowadays.  I’d say Potbelly and Jersey Mike’s are doing the best business of all the chains, based on what I observe.  Maybe Jimmy John’s is still in the conversation.

#7 (turkey & provolone) Mike’s Way (onions,, lettuce, tomato, oil & vinegar.)  Tried these Miss Vickie’s Farmhouse White Cheddar chips on the side and washed it down with a Wild Cherry Pepsi.

Sometimes I get wheat bread if I want to be healthy.  But on this day, I threw caution to the wind and got white bread.

Jersey Mike’s remains a quality sandwich chain.
