Winter is really dragging on and all of us are in need of an escape.  Some fly down to Florida for a week.  Others nestle into a comfy upper peninsula ski lodge.  I choose warm meats.  Vienna Beef Factory Cafe – yeah, I spend a lot of time there – offers a superb chili cheese dog.  The serving of chili isn’t overwhelming, so it doesn’t overtake the entire dog. It’s the correct balance of Vienna dog, poppy seed bun, yellow cheese sauce and chili.  Beautiful to look at, too.

Imagine biting into those bad boys.  Warm chili, warm cheese, hot dog.  For a brief, delicious 3 minutes; you’ll forget all about the everlasting snowstorms outside.
