Look how they load you up on the tomatoes!  I like that.  Used to live right by George’s about 10 years ago.  I’d go up there for cheese dogs, polish, gyros, etc.  Always dependable with great french fries.  George’s made a few surface alterations since then, but otherwise the place hasn’t changed a bit.  Cash only.  Quick service. Cans of Coke. Squeeze bottles of ketchup for the fries.  Friendly enough but all business.  Quality Chicago dogs since 1948.  Man, they’ve seen the neighborhood go through a number of different eras.
