Cubs Pitching Coach Jim Hickey Steps Down

Cubs pitching coach Jim Hickey is leaving his job for personal reasons.  Chili Davis was fired, so it’ll be new strategies on both fronts.  Hickey was hailed as a guru when Theo nabbed him from Tampa.  Who knows what’s happening in the clubhouse, whether or not the pitchers liked him.  Some guys were better this year, some worse.  How much of that is the pitching coach.  I have no clue.  We’ll see who Theo & Jed land next.  I don’t really care.  I just want Bryce Harper.
