Taco and Burrito Express is a mainstay on Halsted just north of the Lincoln/Fullerton/Halsted three-way intersection and 3 city blocks from Fullerton Red Line.  It’s somewhat unique in the way that they grill the outside of the tortilla.  It never closes, which is great – if say – you stumble out of Kingston Mines next door at 5am on a Saturday night/Sunday morning.  Reliably good steak burrito and ideal green sauce.  Always like Coke in the glass bottle.  Staff is always prepared to deal pleasantly as possible with sloppy blues fans or DePaul students.
