Lauri Markkanen might be a superstar in the making.

My buddy Blats and I witnessed the very first victory of his young Bulls career.  The 20-year-old Finnish sharpshooter made it memorable with a game-clinching three that set off a crowd eruption at United Center:

First of many.  The Markksman seems destined to be the next great player for the legendary Chicago Bulls franchise.  I don’t buy shirseys lightly.   I sensed something when I saw clips of Markkanen playing for the Finnish national team this summer.  Plus, he seems to take everything in stride.  Nothing fazes the kid.  So, I pulled the trigger.  First shirsey since D Rose.  I was wearing it Thursday night as Lauri Legend hit nothing but net.  It’s a joy watching The Finnisher shoot the ball.  Bulls fans should be excited to watch his career develop during this rebuilding year and beyond.
